TotalEnergies - Quai d'Orsay Scholarship program
Th French Embassy in the United Arab Emirates in partnership with TOTAL supports Emirati youth by offering them scholarships to elite Universities across France.
Since 2018, this initiative has coincided with the Quai d'Orsay/Entreprise Project by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs which aims to promote joint funded scholarships. Therefore, the partnership between Total in the UAE and the Embassy of France reinforces the shared values and ambition towards education. French Emirati Medical Specialization Program
The program targets Emirati physicians interested in enrolling in a French residency program to obtain a French specialization degree.
The program of cooperation between France and the United Arab Emirates regarding the specialization in France of Emirati physicians is based on the excellence both of the physicians who will be trained and the French training. The added value of the specialization training program in France is based on the fact that physicians work as practitioners in a patient-centred organization while receiving top-level teaching. Emirati doctors are given rights as the French residents and they are expected to have the same obligations, which means that their willingness to commit to the program, according to the French rules, is highly expected. Conditional to their successful completion of the required exams, Emirati doctors will obtain the exact same specialization degree (Diplôme d’Etudes Spécialisées DES) as French residents.
UAE Ministry of Education Scholarship Program
This program is aimed at UAE high school students and holders of Master's degrees who are wishing to pursue their bachelor's or master's degrees in French universities approved by the MOE. To find out more about the program visit the Ministry Of Education website.
Eiffel scholarship program of excellence (aimed at all nationalities)
The Eiffel scholarship offers programs to international students who wish to pursue their master or PHD degree in the following fields :
- Management and Economics.
- Engineering (Master level) / Sciences in a broader sense (PhD level).
- Law.
- Political Sciences.

CHALHOUB Scholarship (Aimed at the following nationalities : Saudi Arabia, UAE, Koweit, Bahrein, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Oman, Iran, Iraq.)
The Chalhoub scholarship allows students who wish to study at one of the leading universities in social and political sciences Sciences Po, at the undergraduate level in Menton, Southern France.
